All orders are shipped from Frankfurt, Germany.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be proceed.
Shipping time may increase during holidays and other peak seasons.

Shipping costs does not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred upon shipment to countries outside Europe. Jay Blanc will not be responsible for these expenses.

4,90€ for all orders in Germany.
Free shipping on orders over 150€ within Germany.
EUROPE
14,90€ for european delivery.
INTERNATIONAL
25€ for international shipping.

RETURNS
Orders can be returned within 14 days after receiving. All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon.
Please print your invoice and put it in the package. Write on it, whether you would like to return it or change the size.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we will send the money back.
FAILED DELIVERY/RETURNED TO SENDER
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Jay Blanc) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
DAMAGED/OPENED BOX
If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order.
